Zoho Hiring Quality Analyst

Roles And Responsibility :

Be the face of Zoho with prospects, customers and partners
Engage in voice, email and chat based support
Diagnose and solve application issues
Understand and analyze the needs of the users and provide timely solutions
Handle product demos, implementation and trainings.
Knowledge of Java Programming (data types, variables, operators, flow control statements, methods (built-in as well as user-defined), Exception handling, File Handling, Database Operations, and OOPS concepts.
Experience in MySQL/PgSQL.
Experience in Selenium and Jmeter.
Should be able to perform rigorous testing by creating large data sets, conduct back-end testing, and validate information as it flows through the system.
Assist developers, support reps, and product managers in debugging issues.
Re-test and verify the bugs/issues that have been fixed.

Qualification :

Automate End-to-End Onboarding across all platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience in Automation Framework Designing, Executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.
Write automation tests using any scripting language, preferably Python.
Perform manual testing for daily activities, both planned and ad-hoc.
Participate in meetings & reviews with team members and stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to Understand and analyze the Deliverables in terms of project requirements.
Investigate bugs by using available tools and logs,
Support deployments and maintenance activities.
