Roles And Responsibilities
  • Lead onboarding for new clients by assisting in documentation, compliance (KYB & KYC) approval process, and account set-up.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments such as Product and Sales to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices as well as monitor and track billing cycles to ensure timely billing
  • Update the client records and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Should be able to generate basic reports and analyse patterns and trends with the client data.
  • Proactively improve processes to provide faster delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work on multiple issues and tasks in a fast-paced environment and should prioritize work according to business processes.

Qualifications :

  • 0-1 years of customer success/data entry experience, freshers are also welcome
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, ZohoDesk and Microsoft Excel is a plus!
  • Love for reporting, numbers, and speaking to people
  • Demonstrate a desire to proactively help and serve internal/external stakeholders to meet their needs 
  • Should possess high adaptability and be able to work under pressure
  • Open to working hours in two different time zones (Singapore and India).
