Job Descriptions :
Testbook Customer Support Executive will be responsible for receiving, investigating, and responding to all customer inquiries regarding the products and services. The Customer Support Executive will troubleshoot and coordinate with various internal departments to resolve problems.
Roles And responsibility :
- Resolve queries regarding the Company & Products
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-ups on leads assigned.
- Selling Membership to the Students as per their requirement.
- Responsible for explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
- Providing the right customer experience
- Broadcast various messages, articles and polls to engage with learners on the group chat (Telegram).
- Auditing assignments and connecting with students with detailed feedback.
