Providing support for our external as well as internal customers on crane and lifting equipment web portals
Administration, troubleshooting support cases reported by digital service users
Ensure the KPIs like SLA, TAT, Ageing, Quality Audits, Problem management, etc. are met
Handle incidents, service requests and cases reported in ServiceNow
Creation of knowledge articles based on issue troubleshooting
Coordination with other application support teams, development teams, business stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications :

Suitable education or degree (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology)
0-1 Years in relevant field (IT Operations and Support)
Knowledge about ITIL and ITSM tool(s)
Basic understanding of database & queries
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer service attitude / Customer centric communication approach
Good communication skills (English) – Verbal, Written
Good knowledge of computer networking and/or system testing skills.
