Job Description :
Jio Customer Associate is an aspirational program to connect women and youth to be a part of the Digital India Movement. It enables people with diverse backgrounds such as Students, Self-Employed, Homemakers, Field staff to support our customers with various initiatives.
We are looking for free lancers who have good communication skills, understand customer demographics and can speak in local language.
Role and Responsibility :
- Acquire new customers
- Call Jio Customers and explain them about Jio`s Recharges
- Assist the customers in completing Jio Recharge
- Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
- Ensure a delightful customer experience
- Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
- Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
- Learn about Jio`s plans, products and services to add value to the offering.
Qualifications :
- Any Graduates
- 10th / 10 + 2 (Preferred)
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and improve both technical and ‘people’ skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strives for performance improvements in oneself and peers.
- Leads by example and motivates team members.
- Organizational skills with the ability to provide quality at pace.
- Ability to work at a team level as well as an individual level.
- Ability to interact confidently with more senior / skilled areas of the business.
- Able to communicate constructive feedback effectively.
