Job Description:
As a Senior Sales Executive at Flipkart, you will be a pivotal participant in riding the increase of our platform with the resource of onboarding splendid dealers. Senior Sales Executive function desires a proactive and dynamic man or woman who can successfully control and extend our provider base, ensuring a strong alignment with Flipkart’s packages and growth techniques.
Roles And Responsibility :
- Identify and onboard super sellers into Flipkart’s packages, targeting people with functionality for a big boom.
- Build and manipulate a strong pipeline of capability sellers by leveraging present leads and generating new ones, that specialize in excessive-boom lessons identified for the quarter.
- Develop a complete knowledge of Flipkart’s inner techniques and alertness recommendations to correctly guide dealers through the onboarding method.
- Fix appointments with capability dealers, persuading them to participate in Flipkart’s packages and presenting assistance in the direction of the onboarding process till final contact.
- Work closely with inner and pass-sensible agencies to deal with and treat any problems faced by sellers.
- Coordinate with brilliant departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of new dealers at the platform.
- Take complete possession of sales goals and try to fulfill or exceed them on a daily, weekly, and month-to-month basis.
- Monitor and tune performance metrics to make certain alignment with income goals and make critical changes to techniques as needed.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated experience in the role of a profit, ideally with a focal point on outbound/inbound calling.
- Excellent written and verbal conversation competencies to effectively interact with dealers and inner groups.
- Ability to convincingly present Flipkart’s programs and services to potential sellers, addressing their issues and motivating them to sign up on the platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills to deal with and remedy dealer issues in collaboration with internal organizations.
