Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive for our CDM/PV team with 0 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Generative AI and a keen interest in PV Case Processing and Research and Development. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our mission of improving healthcare outcomes through innovative data management and pharmacovigilance practices.

Roles And Responsibility :

Assist in the collection processing and analysis of clinical data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance data processing efficiency and accuracy.
Support the PV Case Processing team by ensuring timely and accurate case entry and follow-up.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data for research and development projects.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in pharmacovigilance.

Qualifications :

Possess strong proficiency in Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrate experience in Customer Management within the Life Sciences sector.
Exhibit expertise in Complaint Management with a focus on resolving issues effectively.
Show excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in customer data management.
