Job Description :

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions.

Role and Responsibility :

Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Interpret client issues and design appropriate resolutions based on product knowledge.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and improve system performance.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or Master’s Degree from reputed university with concentration on marketing, finance, economics or other quantitative fields such as statistics or engineering.
Prior experience in working on various statistical tools like R/ Matlab / SAS / Python expected.
Ability to comprehend intricate problems and analyze them with data and provide a feasible solution framework.
Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas
Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success.
