Job Description :

The Core HR TAG team is the backbone for the Cognizant Talent Acquistion Group. All operational & backend activities related to pre-joining / hiring are managed by this team.

Role And Responsibility:

Manage queries received through emails & chats
Handle transactions through the app
Work with cross functional teams for delivery & outcome
Ensure error free processing
Update relevant trackers & maintain operational reports as defined in the process
Comply with organization policy on Tru Time Time Sheet RTO etc…

Qualifications :

Experience of 0 to 1 year is required with skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel. The shift timings are from 09 AM to 07 PM IST.
Communication Skill MS Office Excel Interpersonal skills Recruitment knowledge Operations Attention to Detail Logical Reasoning Mail Management Basic Quality Concepts & knowledge.
