Jio is looking for an Customer Associate in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibility :

Acquire new customers
Call Jio Customers and explain them about Jio`s Recharges
Assist the customers in completing Jio Recharge
Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers
Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
Ensure a delightful customer experience
Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language.

Qualifications :

Fresher
10th / 10 + 2 (Preferred)
Basic knowledge of reading and writing
Smartphone usage
Speak local language
Sales and customer handling skills.
