HCL Tech is conducting Mega Walk-in Drive for fresher’s for Graduate Trainee (Global Service Desk). HCL also takes pride in its many diversity, social responsibility, sustainability, and education initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities :

Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Role – Global Service Desk role, solve network hardware and software problems for customers, responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users
Desirable Skill: Excellent Communication Skill
Type of Employment: Full Time Role
Eligibility : BCA, B.Sc, BA, B.Com ,BBA, BE/ B.Tech
Highest Qualification : Undergraduate
Eligibility Criteria: 60% and above throughout the academics and no backlogs.
UG Passing Year: 2024 .

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree
0-1+ years experience in software product development preferably in networking or security domain.
Excellent C/C++/Java/Angular programming skills.
Basic knowledge of networking or security domain.
Basic understanding of OS concepts(Linux/Windows/MAC).
