Role and Responsibility :

To ensure First level proactive and reactive maintenance.
Regularly prioritize faults to meet SLA.
To handle emergencies and if required coordinate with first level
operations and investigate faults/cause related.
Dealing with complaints and escalations raised by end-customer
Operations/CC center.
To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions
and solutions.

Qualifications :

BE (E&C)
Fresher
Knowledge of Domain Mandatory
Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per agreed SLA.
Knowledge of technical support activities.
To delegate/coordinate the tasks efficiently efficiently.
